Low-Fat Love 101 Hosted by Patricia Leavy
Low-Fat Love 101 ran from Jan. 2012 through Sept. 2012. I decided to end the show at this point in order to focus on my writing projects. I loved hosting this program and thank all of my guests (I learned from all of you). My sincere thanks to listeners as well. Thank you for making LFL101 one of the highest rated programs on PWRTalk. I was happy to leave while the show was such a success. All recordings of the program are archived here for your listening pleasure.
Low-Fat Love 101 was a weekly half an hour program about relationships, identity, self-esteem and popular culture. The program featured discussions about healthy and unhealthy relationships, settling in different areas of one’s life, and a range of issues related to how we build our individual identities.

Settling in love or any aspect of life leads to dissatisfaction. In life and love there is no substitute for the real-deal. Low-Fat Love 101 will explore and challenge relationship myths and address identity-building in the context of popular culture. The goal of Low-Fat Love 101 is to educate and empower listeners to build the lives they really want: healthy, strong, rewarding relationships and a positive sense of
